A new industrial development at 75 Patiki Road in the Rosebank industrial precinct. Approximately 5,500 sqm of warehouse, office and showroom accommodation, including a 16-metre-high warehouse, on a site immediately alongside the Northwestern Motorway.
Carr Road Redevelopment
Completed.
The redevelopment and repositioning of an established commercial property to create a large-format retail centre, including substantial upgrades to the existing buildings, new façades and landscaping.
Hillsborough Road

The redevelopment of a 5,909 sqm corner site, including a purpose-built McDonald’s restaurant and drive-through.
Great North Road

The redevelopment of a prominent corner site adjacent to LynnMall for a purpose-built Krispy Kreme store with drive-through and on-site parking.
